Program: Herb Gardens in Containers.

Eugene Morley, owner of the French Garden Shoppe in the Little Italy section of San Diego, will be our speaker. The topic will be herb gardens in containers. He is a local Kensington resident. See his website for further details-frenchgardenshoppe.com

Program for July
First Wednesday in July is the "Fourth of July" and we expect everyone will be celebrating the Fourth and not attending the Garden Club. One possibility is that we move the meeting date to Saturday, June 30, and plan a "field trip" to a local garden. Program for August
First Wednesday in August: August 1, 2012 Kensington Community Church 7:00 pm The topic will be Tomato Tasting. We should have lots of ripe tomatoes by the first of August and we will have our annual event of tasting everybody's tomatoes.

Programs for the rest of the year
Nothing is planned. We need folks to volunteer to plan programs for Sept 5, October 3 and November 7. Please contact Joan at 619 255 2304 or Beth at 619 282 9749 to volunteer.

Bring your cuttings, duplicate plants, etc., for the Plant Exchange Table.
